HDFS Seniors Present CAPSTONE Projects to Field Agencies and Campus Community
Four Penn State Shenango Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) seniors Kassie Esmond, Linda McGrath, Sarah Prichard, and Marise Wright, presented their final CAPSTONE project, which was an overview of their internship experience, to a large group of faculty, staff, students and their agency field supervisors, at an event held in December.
The local field site agencies, including Prince of Peace, Sharon Regional Behavioral Health, The Bair Foundation, and St. Paul’s Nursing Home, were recognized and presented with a plaque at the event for their participation as field sites for the campus’ HDFS program. Also making a short presentation was Rachelle Taylor, who completed her associate degree HDFS internship with Villa Maria Apartments.
Following the presentations, a reception was held for students and guests.
