Professor Baros to Speak on Bacterial Contamination and Food Safety
01/17/2013 -- Penn State Shenango continues its 2012-2013 Faculty Lecture Series with Penn State Assistant Professor of Biology Brandi Baros, who will speak on bacterial contamination and food safety from 7 to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 4. Her lecture titled "Chef salad, please; hold the E. coli" will take place in Sharon Hall room 105, located on Penn Avenue in downtown Sharon, Pa. The event is free and open to the public.
