The objective of the associate in Letters, Arts, and Sciences degree (2LACC) is to broaden the student's understanding, interests and skills in order to help them become a more responsible, productive member of the family and community.
This major offers sufficient electives to permit some specialization according to the student's interests or career plans. Letters, Arts, and Sciences is a complete two-year degree major. Credits earned in the associate program are applicable in pursuit of the baccalaureate degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Penn State Shenango.
For the 2LACC degree, a minimum of 60 credits is required.
