Lecturer, Administration of Justice bzg10@psu.edu Bottom FieldsBio Mr. Goetz was employed by the Indiana State Police Forensic Laboratory System and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation Forensic Laboratory System as a forensic serologist and crime scene analyst for a combined total of 25 years. He retired as Director of the CBI Forensic Laboratory in Pueblo, Colorado in 2004 and started Sangre de Cristo Forensic Services as a private company to assist the judicial system in some of the nation's most controversial trials. Including the exonerations of Tim Masters, who spent 10 years in prison, David Camm, who spent 13 years of his life in prison, and the Florida Supreme Court reversal of Clemente Aguirrre's conviction and death sentence.
