Penn State Shenango offers both merit and need-based scholarships, and annually awards more than $600,000 made possible by generous donations from campus alumni, local civic leaders, foundations, corporations, the University, and friends who wish to extend the opportunity of higher education to students.
How to apply
All students must submit the FASFA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid) to be considered for need-based awards no later than February 15. To receive maximum consideration, it is recommended that students accept their Offer of Admission by May 1.
Applicants for admission to Shenango campus are notified of their eligibility for merit scholarships. Students who are eligible for scholarship consideration based on academic records will receive notification of award shortly after Offer of Admission has been made.
Students currently attending Penn State Shenango should complete their Renewal FAFSA by April 15 and have a class schedule in place for the following fall no later than May 1. If eligible for scholarship consideration, students will be notified by email in early June.
