Penn State Shenango welcomes two new full-time faculty members

Dima Rabadi, left assistant professor of cybersecurity, and Sabrin Stewart, lecturer in accounting, have joined Penn State Shenango as full-time faculty members for the fall 2022 semester.

SHARON, Pa. — The start of the 2022-23 academic year means new faces on the Penn State Shenango campus, including two new full-time faculty members. 

Dima Rabadi has joined the Department of Information Sciences and Technology as an assistant professor of cybersecurity. Previously, Rabadi worked for the cybersecurity department of the Institute for Infocomm Research in Singapore, where she focused on malware-related projects between the public and private sectors. Rabadi earned her doctoral degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design.  

Sabrin Stewart comes to Shenango from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, where she taught accounting and finance. She also has taught in-person and online courses at Eastern Gateway Community College and Washtenaw Community College. Stewart earned her master of science degree in accounting from the City University of New York in 2016 and is currently working toward her doctorate in business administration. As a member of Penn State Shenango’s faculty, Stewart joins the Department of Business as a lecturer in accounting. 

Penn State Shenango began classes for the fall 2022 semester on Monday, Aug. 22.
