SHARON, Pa. — The Penn State Shenango Drama Club has announced that it will be partnering with Lawrence Mercer Athena International to hold auditions for Eve Ensler’s "The Vagina Monologues" from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, in the Penn State Shenango Auditorium, located at 147 Shenango Ave. in Sharon across from the post office.
Those trying out for the production will be asked to read from the script; no prior preparation is expected. Those eligible for tryouts include women and those who identify as women. Cast size will be between five and 15 members.
The Drama Club will present "The Vagina Monologues" at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 17 and 18.
