The Bursar’s office manages all aspects of the student account for all students at Penn State and can answer any questions regarding your student account.
When do I pay?
Penn State no longer mails paper bills. Account statements are available online, and billing notices are sent to your Penn State email on the first of each month beginning in August and are due on the 22nd of that month. Payment options are explained online, and any financial aid awards received are shown as a credit. You can’t pay your bill in person, but it’s easy to pay online or you can always mail your check to the Bursar’s Office.
