Beaver, Shenango and New Kensington students visited a prison in Indiana to receive training for Bridges to Life, a restorative justice program implemented in Beaver County.
Penn State Shenango will begin its 2018-19 Lecture Series with a presentation and demonstration on “Opioid Overdose Awareness” at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, in Lecture Hall 223/Art Gallery. Shenango Campus Nursing Program Coordinator Dr. Joan Humphrey and Nursing Instructor Amy Higgins will facilitate the event.
Approximately one hundred incoming freshmen attended New Student Orientation--Phase 2 this week at Penn State Shenango. Fall classes begin Monday, August 20.

University Park hosts the 54th annual Summer Leadership Conference August 1-3, 2018. Penn State students from across the commonwealth met for three days of intensive large and small group leadership experiences. Berks will host the 55th annual Summer Leadership August 5-7, 2019.
