Penn State President Eric Barron, along with other Penn State administrators, legislators, advisory and alumni board members, faculty, staff, students and members of the community, gathered at the eCenter@LindenPointe in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Penn State Shenango’s VenturePointe — an incubator for start-up resources for both for-profit businesses and not-for-profit agencies.
This week, we recognize three people who go above and beyond what's asked of them in their work at the University. We're sending a "We Are!" to Penn Staters with Undergraduate Education, Penn State Shenango and Penn State Greater Allegheny.

Students of Penn State Shenango were honored at the campus’ 2017 Honors Convocation and Recognition Banquet for their outstanding academic and student leadership achievements and services. The recipients of this year’s Eric and Josephine Walker Award, Dennis W. Bartholomew Outstanding Adult Student Award, the Ann Wansack Award, as well as the Leonard R. Riforgiato Memorial Teaching Award and the Margaret Cunningham Foley Memorial Teaching Award, were also part of the program.
